Designers who do not think about service flow. Contractors who do not understand hospitality timelines. Operators brought in too late to influence the build. Equipment specs that look good on paper but fall apart in a busy service.
I fix that before it happens.
I manage the operational side of your opening or refurbishment. From concept through to keys. I sit between you, your designers, and your contractors to make sure the space works commercially, not just aesthetically.
What I do:
Operational input on layout, flow, and back of house design. Equipment specification and procurement. Contractor coordination and timeline management. Pre-opening team recruitment, training, and systems build. Launch execution and early trading support.
The goal is simple: doors open on time, team is ready, systems are in place, and you are trading from day one. Not recovering from a botched launch for the next quarter.
I have done this for restaurant groups, hotels, food halls, and international brands entering the UK market.
